What are the responsibilities and job description for the ECM Manager position at SeaGlass IT?
Job Details
Oversee and optimize enterprise content platforms, enforce governance and security, support and train users, manage vendor and stakeholder coordination, guide ECM strategy, lead the ECM team, provide technical support for iManage, Teams Workspaces, and SharePoint, and handle advanced SharePoint development needs.
Top/Must have skills:
- Experience managing teams in an enterprise environment
- Deep experience with legal DMS platforms, ideally iManage.
- Experience building and managing MS Teams Workspaces, preferably through Intapp Workspaces.
- 5 years managing SharePoint based intranet environments.
- Strong understanding of compliance, data privacy, and information governance.
- Longevity in roles
- Strong communication skills will be interfacing with senior leadership, attorneys, vendors and sometimes clients
Nice to Have Skills:
- While Legal experience is HIGHLY preferred, will consider someone coming out of Financial services/banking
