Candidates are not expected to have expertise across every function on day one; someone with strong experience in several areas and the ability and desire to grow into others could be an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Business Systems:
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s technology roadmap.
- Optimize and integrate enterprise platforms to improve efficiency, collaboration, reporting, and decision-making.

- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance business performance through technology.
Project Leadership & Process Improvement:
- Lead cross-functional technology initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption.
- Champion process improvement efforts that create scalable, efficient, and repeatable business operations.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful project execution.
Data, Governance & Vendor Management:

Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in business systems, technology project management, digital transformation, operations, consulting, enterprise applications, or a related field. Experience with AI tools, automation, or a strong interest in developing AI-related solutions is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Experience coordinating technology projects, software implementations, process improvements, or enterprise system enhancements.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate operational needs into practical technology solutions.
- Excellent project management, organizational, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, vendors, and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfort working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
- Experience in commercial real estate, investment management, financial services, construction, property management, or another asset-intensive industry preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, CRM, document management, business intelligence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, Teams, Copilot, AI tools, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code solutions preferred.
