- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of heavy construction and site development projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve production and financial goals.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, vendor relationships, and contract compliance.
- Monitor daily field operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review project reports, change orders, and progress updates for leadership and clients.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all project stakeholders.
- 5 years of project management experience in heavy construction, site development, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (HCSS, Procore, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
