Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals and long-term growth initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on technology investments, opportunities, and risks.
- Lead, mentor, and manage IT staff, vendors, and external technology partners.
- Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, telecommunications, and end-user support.
- Ensure system availability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Manage hardware and software procurement, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle planning.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and security standards.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Plan and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate technology integrations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Oversee business applications, including ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure data integrity, backup, retention, and recovery processes.
- Support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
