Position Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support by coordinating & processing customer orders, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day sales activities. This role also provides administrative support to Leadership and assists with general office operations as needed.
This is a part-time position working 4 hours / day Monday - Friday.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities and customer requests.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
- Maintain customer records, pricing, and CRM/ERP data.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and other business analytics.
- Coordinate customer communications and provide order status updates.
- Support new customer setup and maintain sales documentation.
- Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
- Support trade shows, customer visits, and sales events.
- Assist with general office administrative functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Adobe).
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
Salary : $26 - $30
