Seaga / Automated Merchandising Systems (AMS), a global leader in automated retail and the manufacturing of high-quality vending equipment, is seeking a dedicated National Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will partner closely with the VP of Automated Retail Sales to identify, develop, and expand opportunities beyond traditional sales channels.
We are seeking a driven and strategic sales professional who can grow relationships with key national accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across multiple market segments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow national account business within the Automated Retail division.
- Drive expansion and revenue growth with Canteen Corporate, franchise partners, and other targeted business sectors.
- Promote new product development initiatives and conceptually sell innovative automated retail solutions to customers.
- Grow and maintain sales volume by staying current with customer needs, market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively present the features, benefits, and capabilities of Seaga, AMS, and 32M products.
- Attend and participate in industry trade shows and events after identifying and qualifying targeted vertical markets and channels.
- Maintain accurate and effective reporting through CRM utilization, including HubSpot management and pipeline tracking.
- Build and maintain strong headquarters-level relationships with key national accounts.
- Develop impactful relationships with regional and field-level stakeholders within national account customers.
- Support national account administration through metric-driven reporting, sales analysis, and ongoing business reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of experience in vending, automated retail, or related sales environments.
- Ability to create and deliver professional sales presentations tailored to corporate and executive-level audiences.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-layered customer relationships with multiple points of contact.
- Knowledge of the Automated Retail (AR) industry and key national accounts is a plus.
- Background in unattended retail and/or automated retail solutions is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage complex sales opportunities requiring both internal collaboration and external influence skills.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms to track activity, manage pipelines, and source new business opportunities.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed, including occasional weekends for trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
