- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision and confidence
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restock supplies, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Upsell products by recommending relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and inventory management to keep the store inviting
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Previous supervising experience or leadership in retail environments is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently to educate customers about features and benefits
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to assist customers remotely or in-store
