Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Field Technician to join our growing team. The Field Technician will perform on-site home services, including inspections, installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, while ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to residential job sites to perform assigned services (e.g., cleaning, repairs, installations, maintenance).
- Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Inspect and troubleshoot home systems or structures to identify service needs.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job reports, photos, and service documentation.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist team members with larger projects as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home services, field work, or related trades (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Strong mechanical, technical, or problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate power tools, service equipment, and safety gear.
- Ability to operate and use ladders.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work with and be assigned a Field Assistant.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Pay
- Starting at $20.00 per hour based on trial period you may be eligible to have increased hours and or pay.
Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
