Qualifications:-
Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test

Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure

Leads and participates in individual and group activities as directed by Director of LE and Specialist in that level of care.

Will assist in planning and organizing the Life Enrichment activities.

Provides and leads individual and group activities in the daytime, evenings & weekends.
-
Will assist as needed with paperwork, attendance sheets, room and food requests and documentation of resident’s plan of care.

Maintains the Life Enrichment bulletin and electronic boards.
Salary : $18 - $19
