About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Environmental Services to oversee the daily operations of our Housekeeping, Laundry, Janitorial, and Landscaping departments. This individual will provide strong leadership, fiscal responsibility, ensure high-quality services, and foster collaboration across departments while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a large, diverse staff working 365 days a year.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Plans work schedules and assigns hours and areas of work to ensure adequate services in all departments.
• Report directly to the CEO to align operational goals with organizational vision.
• Drive initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall community performance.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure

Salary : $70,304 - $89,000
