Qualifications:-
Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test

Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure

Food Handlers' certification

Prepare work schedules to maintain staffing to accomplish tasks and duties required on each shift.

Assist in the supervision of culinary personnel and assist to make performance improvements.

Assist to develop effective standardized methods in which work will be accomplished.

Monitor absenteeism and tardy occurrences and address the employees appropriately.

Meet with the Director to review menus; address resident concerns and procedure issues on a routine basis.
Salary : $70,304 - $75,000
