The Role
We're hiring a Tire Shop Mechanic with prior management experience to join our team. You'll handle day-to-day tire service work while also helping lead the shop — this is a great opportunity for someone who knows their way around a tire bay and has led a team before, and who wants a clear path to grow into a bigger role as we continue to expand.
What You'll Do
- Mount, balance, patch, and rotate tires; perform flat repairs and tire installations
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper fit
- Keep the shop running efficiently — organizing workflow, maintaining equipment, and keeping quality high
- Help train, guide, and support other team members
- Deliver friendly, honest service that keeps customers coming back
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Hands-on experience changing and servicing tires
- Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up on time and get it done
- A team-first attitude and clear communication skills
- Comfortable on your feet and working in a fast-paced shop environment

Compensation
$23–$25 per hour, based on experience
