Qualifications
- One year of recent NICU experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Preferred: RNC-NIC, PALS or ENPC certifications
- Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform technical procedures and handle physical demands
- Capable of working under pressure, maintaining concentration, and effective teamwork
