Role & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Administer medications, explain procedures, prepare patients for diagnostics, and monitor responses.
Maintain a safe environment, document patient information accurately, and ensure infection control practices.
Coordinate discharge planning and advocate for patient needs and preferences.
Manage multiple patients efficiently, prioritize care, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum one year of recent Med Surg RN experience.
Valid RN license and current BLS certification.
Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures.
Mental resilience to work under pressure, with attention to detail and effective communication.
