Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part Time

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time position in home health services located in Avon, CT. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in their home environment.
