- Supervising patient care, assessing needs, developing personalized care plans, and addressing concerns.
- Building strong relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery.
- Contributing to patient outcomes by guiding therapy and celebrating progress.
- Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
- CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
- Two years hospital experience preferred.
- Compassionate and patient-focused care delivery.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team using advanced equipment and technology.
