We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a high-acuity Critical Care / Step-Down Unit.
- Provide care for complex patients, including those with cardiothoracic, post-surgical, and telemetry needs, utilizing ICU-level skills in a team-driven environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting, managing admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Deliver patient-centered care focusing on safety and outcomes.
- RN license (WI or compact eligible).
- BLS required; ACLS preferred.
- Open to new grads and experienced nurses.
- Comfortable in high-acuity, fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to advanced cardiac and critical care pathways.
- Structured workflows with strong leadership.
- Opportunity to grow into Charge RN and specialty roles.
