Registered Nurse PRN

Role: Registered Nurse (PRN) on the Ortho Neuro Spine unit, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental standards and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care addressing patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care teams to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Demonstrate advanced nursing knowledge and skills across all patient populations.
• Ensure safe and appropriate care aligned with organizational values and standards.
• Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to promote positive clinical outcomes and patient experience.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure in the relevant state or active multi-state license.
• Basic Life Support certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred: Acute care experience.
