Role and Responsibilities: Provide specialized nursing care on a telemetry unit treating heart-related conditions, including pacemakers, strokes, heart attacks, arrhythmias, and medication management. Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure compassionate, holistic patient care. Embrace a culture of kindness, efficiency, and organized problem-solving. Support patient recovery in a small community hospital setting, including cardiac cath recovery and step-down care.
Qualifications and Skills: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred. Current RN license and BLS certification required; NIHSS within 6 months. Preferred one year of relevant experience. Physical ability for medium work, exerting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
