Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
- Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
- Implement Patient Centered Care principles in all nursing activities.
- Supervise and guide subordinate staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence standards consistently.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- One year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course within 6 months.
- Current RN license in Nevada, BLS, and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) as required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
- RN graduates must hold an interim license granted by the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
