Preventive Functional Family Therapy Case Aide

The Preventive Functional Family Therapy Case Aide provides supportive case management services to families within the prevention program, including

risk assessment, goal setting, data collection, transportation, and community referrals.

Responsibilities Include

• Offering direct services to children and families
• Participating in on-call rotations
• Collaborating with team members to enhance clinical support
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with 2 years of experience
• Experience working with children and families
• Valid NYS Driver License in good condition
• Ability to pass physical, drug screen, and background checks
