We are seeking a PRN Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-acuity care for critically ill children in Boston, MA.

- Administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and facility policies
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent PICU experience
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Ability to pass background screening
- American Heart Association certification
- Provide care during 12-hour shifts (day or night)
- Self-scheduling based on facility needs
- W2 employment with weekly pay, insurance benefits, and referral bonuses
