Physical Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities Include

• Reviewing patients’ medical histories
• Delivering personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on pain management, mobility enhancement, and injury prevention
• Diagnosing movement and functional issues through observation and patient concerns
• Developing and modifying individualized treatment plans with clear goals and outcomes
• Utilizing exercises, manual therapy, equipment, and stretching techniques
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy licensure in Louisiana
• CPR and first aid certification
