- Deliver nursing care in an inpatient setting during night shifts.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient services.
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
- Evaluate and ensure quality of care provided by team members.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Hold a current RN license and meet state requirements.
- Obtain and maintain Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks.
