This role involves providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of the Occupational Health Leader, assisting physicians with assessments and treatments across all age groups according to established standards and regulations. Responsibilities include collecting evidence for forensic testing, performing blood, urine, and hair samples, and administering immunizations, medications, or IV therapy as ordered.
Qualified candidates must be licensed LPNs with current Indiana licensure, CPR, TBTST, DOT, and hair drug screen collection certifications (all within 90 days). Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
Essential skills include excellent communication, computer proficiency, critical thinking, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with up to 100 pounds.
