- Evaluating residents and developing individualized OT treatment plans
- Selecting activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks
- Assessing, observing, and documenting progress through detailed reports
- Maintaining confidentiality of resident information
- Collaborating effectively with the healthcare team
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current New York State OT License or actively pursuing licensure
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
