As a Nurse Supervisor, you will lead nursing staff, oversee patient care during rehabilitation, and ensure the implementation of personalized care programs and procedures.
Your responsibilities include supervising staff performance, providing on-the-spot feedback, conducting evaluations, and managing discipline. You will serve as a liaison between administration, management, and staff, while also engaging directly in patient care to foster meaningful recovery relationships.
Qualifications: Current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS and CRRN within specified timeframes), preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and at least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience. Prior leadership experience is required.
