LPN - Emergency Department

Role Overview: As an Emergency Room LPN/LVN, you will provide vital, high-quality care in urgent situations, supporting patient stabilization and emergency interventions.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, assist with procedures, monitor patient conditions, and perform vital tests within your scope.
• Document assessments, observations, and interventions to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions to support timely treatment and safety.
• Educate patients and families with compassion, explaining care and health information clearly.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, providers, and the ER team to deliver patient-first care in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification needed within 30 days; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and PALS within specified timeframes.
• Vocational school graduation within 30 days of employment.
