- Partner with support teams in marketing, HR, legal compliance, IT, and billing
- Participate in leadership and clinic management training
- Ensure exceptional patient experiences and culture retention
- Physical Therapy license
- Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in outpatient therapy preferred
