Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent patient care in person and virtually, meeting volume goals.
- Lead and guide clinic team members to ensure quality services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient charts.
- Follow clinical and telehealth protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic results; prescribe medications and educate patients.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and onboarding of new staff.
- Contribute ideas to improve patient experience and care quality.
- Support compliance with company standards and maintain confidentiality.
- Engage in community outreach and virtual patient consultations as needed.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
- 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience, such as urgent care or family practice.
- Active licensure, DEA, and DOT certification (within 120 days if applicable).
- Proven telehealth experience and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and on-call as required.
- Adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and professional standards.
