- Delivering quality patient care across diverse age groups
- Managing preventive, acute, and chronic health conditions
- Participating in a 1:4 phone call rotation
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- NY State licensure and DEA registration
- Preferred but not required: at least two years of experience
- Competitive salary ($250K-$260K) plus incentives and bonuses up to $75K
- Additional bonuses, including a $25K retention bonus and resident sign-on up to $50K
