Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining management information systems and managing permit requirements (Air, Wastewater).
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Title V, NSR, PBR, and others.
- Maintaining accurate records of chemical inventories, waste shipments, and investigations.
- Coordinating with regulatory agencies and disseminating safety and environmental information (SDS, GHS).
- Preparing reports such as EIQ, TRI, Tier II, SW3P, and SPCC, and managing environmental audits to close gaps.
- Developing and delivering environmental training programs and managing environmental program documentation.
- Supporting facility safety and day-to-day environmental duties.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 4-5 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, emission calculations, and pollution control technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Certifications such as HAZWOPER (40-Hour), DOT, and RCRA management are required.
