- Provide comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care for adult and pediatric patients undergoing GI and endoscopic procedures.
- Perform patient assessment, initiate IVs, and administer and monitor moderate sedation.
- Assist physicians during procedures while maintaining sterile techniques.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and educate patients and families about procedures and care.
- Accurately document patient information and care activities, ensuring compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Support a patient-centered and team-focused care environment.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with endoscopic or GI procedures preferred.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, IV therapy, sedation management, and emergency response.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and educational skills.
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
