We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical staff in a preventive healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities: Perform Electrocardiograms (EKGs) and other medical screenings, draw blood, measure vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height), record patient information, and prepare treatment rooms.
Qualifications and skills: Phlebotomy experience, current membership in AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT, at least two years of medical field experience, knowledge of EKGs, Basic Life Support certification, excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and web-based applications.
