Certified Medical Assistant Float

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Float for our Ocala location. In this role, you will provide versatile clinical and administrative support across multiple departments to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Include

• Assisting with patient check-in and check-out processes, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information.
• Preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and assisting providers during examinations and procedures.
• Administering injections, collecting specimens, and performing basic lab tests as directed.
• Managing electronic health records accurately and efficiently.
• Providing exceptional patient service by addressing questions and ensuring comfort.
