- Performing a mix of cardiac, thoracic, and optional vascular surgeries.
- Providing inpatient and outpatient care supported by experienced physicians and advanced practitioners.
- Managing a high procedural volume, including over 500 surgeries annually and extensive cath and EP lab procedures.
- Participating in approximately 90 days of call per year, with APPs taking first call.
- Maintaining minimal clinic responsibilities with ample OR time.
- Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
- Strong surgical skills with experience in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and clinical judgment skills.
