- Ensure quality patient care by measuring vital signs, assisting with hygiene and mobility, and supporting unit-specific duties.
- Act as a liaison between patients and nursing staff, reporting changes and sharing pertinent information.
- Document patient information accurately and promptly.
- Conduct patient rounding, safety checks, and screenings; participate in ongoing education and training.
- High School Diploma or GED required; related bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a mental health or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include BLS, STNA, CNA, SWA, CDCA, and others related to mental health and social services.
