- Serve as a strategic liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, Information Systems, and business operations to ensure seamless functioning of Workday and UKG applications.
- Translate operational needs into scalable application solutions to enhance system integrity, automate processes, and improve efficiency.
- Resolve complex break-fix issues, perform routine maintenance, monitor integrations, and troubleshoot configuration, security, and workflow challenges.
- Support application upgrades, testing new functionalities, and collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with business leaders to identify process improvements, develop workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts, promote best practices, perform quality assurance, and manage complex projects across applications.
- Create technical documentation, workflows, testing plans, and support ongoing system maintenance.
- Provide on-call support as needed, ensuring reliable application performance.
- 1–2 years of project management experience and at least 2 years supporting Workday, UKG, or similar HCM systems.
- Experience configuring, implementing, and optimizing Workday/UKG applications and supporting integrations, reporting, and security.
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Workforce Management processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping and documentation.
- Ability to analyze workflows and collaborate with operational leaders to drive improvements.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Workday and/or UKG certifications within six months preferred.
