Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary : SEACORP is seeking Software Engineers with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. This role will work within a multidisciplinary team of SEACORP and government personnel to define, design, and integrate software capabilities into complicated military systems.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a field of concentration in Computer Science.
Experience : 3-5 years experience with C , Java, Python, Atlassian Tool Suite, Linux.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Location: Middletown, RI
Travel: Infrequently (<3 annually)
Clearance: Secret
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.

- Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of a key feature in the USS-DSW including development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems.
- Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions.
- Work on problems with defined scope, schedule, and expectations.
- Participate in daily scrums, 2–3 week sprints, demonstration and retrospective ceremonies.
- Work Includes Front and back-end development.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a field of concentration in Computer Science.
Experience : 3-5 years experience with C , Java, Python, Atlassian Tool Suite, Linux.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Candidate should have the ability to be a to work in a fast-paced work environments with deliveries of code every 6 months.
- Able to collaborate with others while being able to handle independent tasking.
