Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary : SEACORP's Platforms Business Area is seeking a Management Analyst II to provide program management support for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, RI. They will collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government. The successful candidate must be motivated with strong communication and organizational skills as well as proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
Job Responsibilities Include:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration or technical discipline is preferred. However, 7 years of related experience is considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
Experience : Minimum of 7 years experience required. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship.

Clearance: Secret
Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.

- Coordinate document review process with engineers.
- Developing and maintaining action items.
- Developing and distributing presentation material.
- Coordinating meetings and large technical exchanges.
- Editing documentation and ad hoc tasking as required.
