We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours. How You'll Make An Impact
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of client and insurance agent communications.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.) to streamline workflows and maintain effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance agents through professional and clear communication.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions for client needs and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
About You
- Bachelor's degree, no experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and insurance agents.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high workload.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
