How You'll Make An Impact

Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Making 50 outbound calls daily to drive submissions and bind orders.
- Reporting weekly on your sales calls and results.
- Sharing ideas for social media posts and email campaigns.
- Hosting monthly webinars and coordinating customer events.
- Reviewing trends in quoting activity and addressing them with your team.
- Collaborating with your Regional Sales Manager to refine strategies.
- Pursuing continuing education and insurance licenses to grow your expertise.
Required
About You
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business.
- Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM.
- Solid analytical skills necessary to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims.
- Able to plan and organize activities and workload and respond to multiple demands.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
