Seacoast Mental Health Center is looking for a Front Desk Assistant to join our team!
At Seacoast Mental Health Center, we provide hope and promote recovery for children, adolescences, adults and their families in the Eastern half of Rockingham county. The rising demand for mental health and substance use disorder services offers immediate employment opportunities.
Answer and monitor all telephone calls to the Center in a professional manner; greet all clients and visitors to the Center; receive client payments; schedule client appointments into the centralized scheduling system, rearrange appointments as necessary; make appointment reminder calls to clients for clinicians as needed; update client demographics and insurance information. Responsible for evening closing procedures. Provide back-up for all other office duties. Other tasks as needed to support and maintain the Center.
Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday with flexibility to provide backup coverage for other front desk support positions if needed.
