The Temporary Validation and Testing Specialist will support the Bank’s Loans, Deposits, and Digital Banking Workstreams during Conversion Readiness. This role focuses on Data Validation, Screen to Screen Comparisons, and Execution of Detailed Test Scripts to ensure Accuracy between Source Data and System Outputs. No prior Banking Experience is required. Training, Test Scripts, and Validation Procedures will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Screen to Screen Validation across Core, Digital, and Legacy Systems to confirm Accurate Field Mapping and Data Integrity.
- Execute Detailed Test Scripts for Loans, Deposits, and Digital Banking to verify Expected Behavior and Document Results.
- Capture Screenshots, Annotations, and Evidence Files to support each test step and validation outcome.
- Document Defects, Mismatches, and Variances following Standard Validation Procedures.
- Maintain Accurate Logs of Completed Test Cases, Findings, and Validation Notes.
- Follow Structured Workflows and adhere to strict Quality Control Standards.
- Communicate issues to the Project Team in a Clear and Timely manner.
- Strong Attention to Detail with the ability to Identify Variances between Multiple Screens or Data Sources.
- Ability to Follow Step‑by‑Step Test Scripts, Validation Checklists, and Documentation Instructions.
- Proficiency in capturing Screenshots, labeling evidence, and organizing documentation.
- Comfortable working with multiple browser windows, test systems, and online interfaces.
- Reliable, Organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong Communication Skills for reporting issues and documenting test results.
- No prior Banking Experience required; experience with Testing, Quality Assurance, or Data Validation is helpful.
- Minimum of 30 Hours per Week with consistent availability during core project hours.
- Ability to meet daily validation targets and maintain steady progress during Mock Conversions and Cutover Readiness Windows.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Customer Information and adhere to all Security and Compliance Requirements.
