Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banking Center Manager at our Sanford, FL location. The Banking Center Manager will oversee daily operations, guide staff to meet performance goals, and ensure superior customer experiences. Responsibilities include developing and leading the banking center team, managing customer relationships, addressing financial service needs, promoting Seacoast’s products and services, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Essential to the role is fostering a collaborative environment while driving business growth and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional client satisfaction.
- Knowledge and experience in Loans and Deposits, with an understanding of banking products and financial solutions.
- Solid foundation in Finance to analyze financial metrics, achieve business goals, and guide strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams in a banking or financial setting.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Business development experience and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities are highly desirable.
- Relevant professional certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
