Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all customers, assisting them with product inquiries, sizing, styling advice, and purchases.

Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively communicating product features and benefits, upselling additional items, and driving customer satisfaction.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.

Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.

Stay informed about current trends, product offerings, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives, including participating in meetings, training sessions, and special projects as required.

Follow company policies and procedures regarding store operations, safety guidelines, and inventory management to ensure compliance and minimize shrinkage.

Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise shipments, conducting regular inventory counts, and identifying discrepancies to ensure accurate stock levels.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management as needed to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives, including participating in meetings, training sessions, and special projects as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work and educational experience.

Previous customer service or retail experience required.

Available to work shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate fluctuating business needs and staffing requirements.

All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Frequent, bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Ability to stand and walk moderate distances for the entire shift.
Hourly Rate: 17.50
