The Project Management Coordinator supports the VP, People in managing key compliance projects that impact operational efficiency and improve workflow processes for colleague  onboarding.  This role works closely with the VP, People

Project Administration & Coordination

• In partnership with VP, People establish project plans impacting onboarding compliance.  
• Ensures project success by managing day-to-day operations, including tracking schedules, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Support creation and management of schedules, and reporting.
• Maintain and archive accurate project records.
• Maintain project timelines and milestones ensuring adherence to deadlines. 
• Manage project documentation, including scope documents, meeting minutes and change logs. 
• Organize project meetings, setting agendas and following up on action items. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements, Education and/or Experience

• 5-7  years project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related Field. Master’s degree preferred. 
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiently.

Language Skills:

The candidate must have good written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
