CDL-A Owner Operator & Lease-to-Own

Seaboard Transport is hiring CDL-A owner operators, fleet owners and lease-to-own drivers to haul refrigerated freight in all 48 states. We are a shipper-owned carrier backed by Seaboard Corporation (Fortune 500) hauling Seaboard product out of our own plants in Guymon, OK; St. Joseph, MO; and Sioux City, IA, plus a large nationwide customer base — which means less downtime and more revenue for you. No forced dispatch, weekly settlements by direct deposit, and no-touch freight.

Owner operator / fleet owner pay: 70% of revenue plus fuel surcharge (tractor only), or 80% of revenue plus fuel surcharge when you pull your own refrigerated trailer. We pay all lumper fees, reefer fuel, tolls and washouts.

Lease-to-own: no money down, no credit check, and no balloon payment. Low-mileage 2023–2025 Kenworth T-680s with Paccar/Eaton 12-speed automatics on a 3- or 4-year contract. Drivers average up to $4,500 gross per week. 70% of revenue plus 100% of the tractor fuel surcharge on all Seaboard plant loads; backhauls paid at 70%. Loaner truck offered when available at $300/week while your truck is in the shop.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years recent verifiable CDL/OTR experience
• Clean MVR
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must be a current owner operator, fleet owner, or lease-to-own driver
• Reefer experience preferred
• TWIC card a plus
• Not currently in the SAP program
• Stable work history
