About the Role:
Join our team at Seabird Lodge as a Breakfast / Laundry Attendant, where you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position is perfect for those who enjoy providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area and dining room.
- Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and laundry products.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the lodge.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support lodge operations.
- Shift would be from 5:30am to 1:30am.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and moving laundry items.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing great guest experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have open availability on weekends and holidays
