Job Summary:
- Hourly position responsible for the training, supervision and well-being of one or more disabled participants in a wide variety of programs offered by Seabird Enterprises
- Work is performed under supervision of a Program Supervisor, Program Manager or Site Coordinator
- Program Instructors are assigned to programs and/or sites depending on operational and program needs
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with adults who have disabilities or similar experience demonstrating the ability and willingness to support individual with disabilities is strongly preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- For those positions that require driving, you must be 21 years old, and possess and maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Operators License for a minimum of three years with a clean driving record
